I am so pissed off!! I was on cloud nine all day until now. I e-mailed the DJ we had booked to let him know we would no longer be needing him in Nov since we moved the wedding up to Jun and that I would like a refund on the $200 deposit.

I then recieve and e-mail back saying the deposit is non-refundable per the contract and that had he known we didn't need the date he could have booked it there for he lost money ***umm excuse me*** So, I whip out the contract an sure enough in small print it says that. Now I know it is in black and white and my fault for not catching that and for not reading closer but, this was a friend of my step-fathers and agreed to do this on a favor to my step-father for jobs that my step-father has done for him (My step-father owns his own sheetrocking business).

So, anyways, I replied to his email that though it says it in the contract that I am a bit appauled becuase he is still 6 months to still book that date and that would not be recommending his services.

He replies back to me and tells me that he can't believe my response and that becuase I booked that day (4 hrs from 4:30 pm - 8:30pm) he lost out of TWO receptions (if that is the case then why could have not booked two that same day counting mine??? I only had for 4 hrs) which was a $1200 profit loss for him and "you deposit is now totally non-refundable per the contract" Um, is it me or did he already say that and then wants to act like he WAS gooing to give me one but NOW he 's not...come on he's not 2 yrs old!!

Anyways, I am just pissed (though I know it is my own fault) that someone can be like that...I mean seriously I could understand if I was a couple months out or what ever but 6 months. Oh did I mention I didn't so much as get an email from him which was promised 2 months ago to be able to access my account to look over his music, even after I emailed him TWICE about it!!

So, $200 I feel spent on nothing!! Just gave that stupid a$$ man a $200 gift!! Read your contracts CAREFULLY!!

1. I am soooo ready to be married ( to my boyfriends of almost 4 yrs)
2. I want another baby (with my boyfriend of almost 4 yrs and he wants one bad as well, would have one now but I say not till we are married!!)

4. I seriously dislike working (even though I have a very easy job and get paid decent for what I do)

6. I have two boys 11yrs old and 6yrs old (well he is fixing to be & beginning of Nov)

10. I want to lose about 40lbs

12. I bite my nails (hate that)
13. I constantly use baby wipes, hand sanitizer, or wash my hands (I even carry all that in my purse...well not the sink and water...lol)
14. I hate bugs...any bugs
15. I love smelly good stuff (i.e lotions, perfume, candles, air fresher, ect.)
16. I cry very easy (sad, happy, hurt, or angry)
17. I have a bad temper when my buttons get pushed
18. Christmas is my favorite holiday (even though lately I dread it for the money I have to spend)
19. I like reading tabloids
20. I love taking pictures (even though I take horrible ones...LOL)
